Light and Openness

The open-plan living and dining area unfolds towards the garden: floor-to-ceiling sliding doors with black steel frames open the full width of the house to the outside, letting the greenery of the Forstenried landscape flow inside. Cream boucle sofas, cognac dining chairs and a black track system at the ceiling describe an interior that shows quality without insisting on it – warm, open, precise.

First Statement

The entrance sets the tone of the entire house: a sculpturally formed staircase in matt black immediately draws the eye, condensing the design intent of the house into a single element. Sand-grey plaster walls, seamless concrete flooring and a slender black-frame steel-glass door frame this first impression – without compromise, without excess.

Quiet Rooms

In the bedroom, the concept takes its quietest form: padded wall panels in warm greige tones, natural oak flooring and subtle black pendant lights create an atmosphere of deliberate retreat. The view from the window onto the tree canopy of Munich’s south side is no coincidence – it is part of the design.

Focus in Green

A home workspace conceived as the antithesis of office life: a desk in marble and solid wood, an espresso-toned shelving system with black steel frame and floor-length curtains before the panoramic garden window create an environment where concentration comes effortlessly.
