Where warm oak meets cream-coloured plaster and the light of Munich’s south breathes life into every room, a home with real soul is born. Aurum Harmony is the Scandinavian-inspired design concept for the Aurum Living new-build development in Munich Solln – the softer sibling to Aurum Elegance, with clean lines, natural materials and a warmth that invites you to stay. Designed for family life, this concept combines spaciousness with a sense of shelter: an open-plan living and dining area with oak parquet, a matte kitchen with natural stone pendants and a terrace with fire bowl that connects inside and outside seamlessly. Scandinavian and Italian design houses set precise accents throughout – from the two-layer curtain draping to the oval Calacatta dining table on a gold brass base.

Living & Dining

The open-plan living and dining area forms the heart of the home. A wide sofa in warm linen beige and two terracotta round armchairs invite you to linger – alongside a Violetta marble coffee table that makes a calm statement with its vivid veining. A bespoke built-in shelving unit with TV recess and warm LED lighting creates a convivial atmosphere. The open oak staircase connects the floors and gives the room its vertical depth.

Kitchen & Dining

The matte kitchen in warm greige with a central cooking island and sculptural pendants in cognac-coloured natural stone wins through its Nordic-Mediterranean restraint. Oak runs as a warming element throughout the space – from barstool legs to parquet. The oval dining table with a white Calacatta marble top and gold brass base forms the elegant focal point of the dining area, framed by cream bouclé chairs from Scandinavian and Italian design houses. Two-layer linen and blackout curtains create a warm hotel atmosphere while filtering garden light into soft, even daylight.

Bedroom

In the top-floor bedroom, oak built-ins and cream plaster surfaces come together in quiet harmony. The bed with its low oak headboard and brass wall sconces invites you to slow down. A generous oak wardrobe provides stylish storage, while a bold striped armchair adds a playful counterpoint that animates the room.

Bathroom

The generous bathroom combines wellness and nature: travertine plaster surfaces in warm cream envelop the space, a freestanding mineral-cast bathtub catches the light flooding in from the wide garden windows. An oiled oak vanity unit, a round mirror with indirect lighting and brushed nickel wall-mounted taps complete the cohesive, timeless ensemble.

Home Office

The home office is a light-filled retreat with Nordic clarity: a desk with an oak top and sculptural marble leg stands before floor-to-ceiling oak shelving with integrated LED lighting. Linen curtains gently filter the daylight – a space that is equally suited to focused work and creative thinking.

Garden & Terrace

The terrace with natural stone outdoor kitchen and teak dining table invites convivial evenings under open skies. A circular fire bowl transforms the garden into a family gathering place even as temperatures drop. Large sliding glass doors keep the connection to the living room tangible at all times – inside and outside flow seamlessly into one another.
